Apple Releases New Get a Mac Ad: ‘PC Innovation Lab’
Apple has just added the new ‘PC Innovations Lab’ ad to their Get a Mac Ad Campaign yesterday. The new ad suggests ridiculous “innovations” that PC thinks will help bring people back to the world of Windows. Justin Long and John Hodgman reprise their roles as Mac and PC, respectively.
The American ad campaign started in 2006 and featured other celebrities like supermodel Gisele Bundchen, actresses Corinne Bohrer, Mary Chris Wall, Judy Greer, and actor Patrick Warburton, It also has British and Japanese versions.
Sharp and Japanese network KDDI Corp. had teamed up to develop the world’s first “eco-friendly” cellphone.
Internet Explorer 8 is now officially released. After a year of public testing, its final version is now ready for download. Microsoft said that they’ve been working with developers and evaluators to check the stability, security and ease of use of the new and improved Internet Explorer. They also claim that IE8 performs faster than Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. If this is the case then I think Internet Explorer may still have a chance to redeem itself and can still be a solid competitor in the “Battle of the Browsers”.
