Lindsay Lohan Back in Rehab Yet Again?

Arrest warrant for actress Lindsay Lohan was withdrawn by Beverly Hills judge Marsha Revel on Monday, March 16. Revel ordered the arrest last Saturday saying that Lohan had not been complying with the terms of her probation for a 2007 DUI conviction. Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, submitted proofs of the actress’s compliance during the brief hearing (where Lindsay didn’t show up). “It just stemmed from a misunderstanding”, according to Holley.

Also, rumors had circulated that Lindsay checked into a rehab facility in Glendale, California on Monday. Later on it was confirmed that she’s just enrolling into a mandatory DUI class. If ever it had been true that’s she’s back in rehab, it would have been her fourth time.
