Full House Philippine Version Main Casts

Richard Gutierrez and Marian RiveraGMA 7 bought the rights for the Philippine remake of Korea’s TV Hit Full House. The original version was aired in the Philippines on 2005 (also in GMA) and it became a huge hit, being the highest-rated Koreanovela with a peak of 52 % and an average of 42.3% during its entire run.

There have been a lot of petitions running in the net for who should portray the lead roles in this Pinoy remake and some of the names that came up for the male lead are Chris Tiu, Richard Gutierrez & Billy Crawford and Sheena Halili, Heart Evangelista & Marian Rivera for the female lead.

Richard Gutierrez will be playing the role of Justin Lee, originally played by Bi/Rain while the lead actress role of Jessie Han, originally portrayed by Song Hye Kyo, hasn’t been finalized yet.

Wilma Galvante, GMA Network’s SVP for Entertainment, tentatively chose Marian Rivera to play Jessie Han. Both Richard and Marian are currently on a tight schedule and working on different projects so if they will be the final choices for the lead roles, Full House Pinoy Version might get aired late this year or by next year.

UPDATE:

It has been officially confirmed that Heart Evangelista will be playing the female lead role.

Other members of the cast are Patrick Garcia as Luigi, Isabel Oli as Lorraine, Sheena Halili as Liezel and Rainier Castillo as Donald.

The TV series will be directed by Mark A. Reyes (who also directed Richard and Heart’s first TV team-up, Codename: Asero). It will premiere on November 30, 2009.

  2. yup, i did install it but have had some problems in the site, not sure if it’s incompatibility issues so decided to uninstall it together with All in One Seo Pack too :( …but still considering on trying keywordluv again someday..

  4. i will go for Heart Evangelista..di nagkakalayo yung itsura nila ng original Jessie Han na si Song Hye Kyo..please wala po sanang magagalit..this is just on my own opinion! thank’s..

  5. I think Sheena Halili would be very suited for the lead female role. or Jennica Garcia coz nkakatuwa cla pareho. Feel ko mbibigyan nila ng justice ang character ni Jesse. Sana nmn may mkabasa nito na mga taga GMA execs. Sana i-auditioned nila sina Sheena at Jennica…

  6. c marian ang mas ok na gumanap bilang Jessie Han. kz my pagkahawig sila at ok din sa comedy c marian. at kaya nya ihandle pgkjologs ni Jessie. at my chemistry din nmn cla ni Richard. ok lng ml8 ung pag air ng FULLHOUSE basta c marian ang gaganap. kaya mo yn marian!!! i wnt to see her dance n sing the “three little bear song” ahaha

    hindi bagay kang heart ang role n jessie..
    ms.bagay xa sa role n loraine..nd i agree na c marian ang mg.dadala blang jessie han,kasi medyo kahawid kasi cla n song hye kyo, and bagay rin kai marian ang mg.patawa at yung mg.pa astig astigan..
    kaya c marian ang choice ko blang jessie han..

  10. in my own opinion rin, ay bagay din nman kai jennica garcia, kung sakali mang hindi mapili marian, hindi man cla masyadong mg.kahawid n song hye kyo pro magagawa nya yung mga actions n jessie han, yung mg.papatawa at medyo jologs.. so either jennica or marian ang choice ko..

  11. mas gusto ko c heart evangelist as jessie han kc masyado na nga tlagang nakkasawa c mrian rivera. at this time mas babagay kay marian ang mging contrabida dhil bad girl image xa ngaun.napanood k c heart evangelista sa mga shows nya before and i think mas magaling tlaga xa kay marian rivera

I’ll just share my opinion..wg sna mglit yung fans ni heart..pro frankly speaking..totally ok kung si Marian ang gganap na JESSIE s full house..sbhin na ntin nkkasawa na xa nlng ng xa ung lging nsa primetime show..definitely she rily fits for the role..d man nia kahawig c jessie unlike ke heart na kahawig daw ni song hye gyo.., c hye gyo kc she looks YOUNG, CUTE, BUBBLY and mejo mukang wlang alam s mundo(innocent)at meju my pgkachildish. Eh kung sa looks lng ok din si marian if you’ll only look at her well she has this beautiful eyes that makes her also look young, cute and bubbly lalo na pg nakangiti xa..ung mata kc ni marian ngumingti rin eh pg pngmsdan mu xa mbti..and kung alam mu lng din ung attitude nia at personality nia…masayahin tao xa..ndi mababakas s muka nia kung me problem xa kc platawa xa..so kya rin nia mgmuka inoccent not only bcoz of her looks but bcoz of her attitude as well + her dedication for acting..kung ms mgling nga c heart i know kyang kya ni marian na gawin pa yung best nia pra mportray nia ung role as jessie…syang d xa ggnap as jessie..kung xa cguro eto sna yung 1st time na mkikita ko na ibng iba ang role nia painosente na mkulit at tmad…
    2nd choice ko sna c kris bernal…mliit kc xa at cute..gnda din pg ngumingiti…kya nia din mgkulitkulitan..kya lng c richard c justin eh…kung c aljur cguro c justin..ok tlga..(i like richard as justin..ok kc s comedy n horror c chard, pro wg n sna sa action pls)

  14. si patrick garcia ang luigi? tsk tsk… haaay.. ang lungkot naman. dapat ung adorable..4 me, sana c chris tiu n lang kc mas bagay ung personality nya as hopeless romantic. .mukhang harmless, cutee, lean ang body, matangkad, shy, quiet, well brought up, at sosyal dn tulad ng original na luigi na very likeable..parang awa nyo na… wag si patrick…

  15. sna si CHRIS TIU nalang as LUIGI kasi di bagay kay patrick un role as LUIGI e. Para kasing nauutal si patrick magsalita. At least kung si CHRIS kahit na medyo tagilid mag tagalog ayus lang bawi naman sa FACE. ahahahahaha.

  17. hi guys bagay na bagay ang role kaya ni heart as jessie.. ang galing nya mag comedy lalo na sa three bears tagalog version. may darna naman c marian eh so ok lng. versatile at multi-talented talaga c heart kaya proud ako sa kanya.. perfect na loveteam cla ni richard who plays d role of justin.. evry night magkakandarapa talaga akong manood ng full house! hehe thnk u sa GMA

  19. I just finished watching the pinoy version and I think heart did a great great job for her role. She’s so cute. :) I love their chemistry.
