Sadly, the Sunshine Cruz-Cesar Montano story has become another case of celebrity split gone worse.
Sunshine Cruz had formally filed a complaint against Cesar Montano at the Office of the City Posecution in Quezon City on Tuesday, August 13. The complaint is for Cesar’s alleged violation of Republic Act 9262 aka Anti-violence Against Women and their Children.
According to the affidavit, Cesar “violently attacked, employed physical violence, and raped” Sunshine last May 12, Mother’s Day.
Sunshine also described Cesar as a “domineering, philandering husband” in the affidavit.
She claims that, besides abuse and illicit affair, Cesar has also denied her custody of their three children since July 29.
